| COOKING LESSONS What better way to take more control over your personal and your family’s eating habits than by learning for yourself how to prepare delectable, vegan meals! Vita will be focusing on cooking lessons for groups of up to 8 people in her very own kitchen. For an additional fee, Vita will bring the cooking lesson to your group. The lesson will consist of the following activities: 1. Affirmations/personal reflections on food and health in your life 2. Introduction to the lesson--the food we'll be preparing plus the background and benefit of the various ingredients 3. Hands-on cooking lesson--everyone will touch, chop, smell, stir, taste, and experience the ingredients that we'll be putting together and present the prepared meal 4. Food and Fellowship--we'll eat together and have a question and answer session over the meal as a way to share the joy of eating to live rather than living to eat.
5. Resources-- handouts will be distributed including a magazine, recipe, list of ingredients and their benefits, etc.
SET UP LESSON Review Vita's wide array of Specialties, choose a topic, propose a date and time, and pay the $65 fee. Class will be posted on this website. With six participants, the class will take place. | |
